The house is situated in a quiet area at the fringes of the village in a sunny, wild orchard, shady wine pergola · not to be observed from outside thanks to high wooden fences.
2 separate bedrooms · bathroom/W.C., cold and hot water (solar energy), fully equipped kitchen, opening to the pergola.
Of course, sympathisers of ascetism prefer showering. So, have a look at your bathtub!
4 persons, 1 large double bed in every bedroom · comfortable throughout the year thanks to a tiled stove (wood-burning), 1 wood-burning stove (kitchen) and 1 electric stove (bathroom), windows and doors with mosquito screens · even master cooks will hardly miss anything in the well-furnished and fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator with zero degree compartments and separate freezing compartment, large gas stove with oven, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.)
Bed linen and towels as well as firewood are provided · garden furniture and charcoal barbecue are there · you can park your car on the premises, inside the fence.
