Details
The house is situated in a quiet area at the fringes of the village in the midst of a large, sunny, wild orchard, wine pergola · not to be observed from outside thanks to high wooden fences on all sides.
2 separate bedrooms · bathroom/W.C., cold and hot water (solar energy) · spacious, fully equipped kitchen combined with living room, opening to the pergola.
Of course, sympathisers of ascetism prefer showering. So, have a look at your bathtub!
4 persons (max. 6 pers.), 1 large double bed in every bedroom (pull-out couch for another two persons in the kitchen/living room) · comfortable throughout the year thanks to 1 tiled stove (wood burning), two gas furnaces and 1 electric stove (bathroom), windows and doors with mosquito screens · even master cooks will hardly miss anything in the well-furnished and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with separate freezing compartment, large gas stove with oven, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.)
Bed linen and towels as well as firewood are provided • garden furniture and charcoal barbecue are there · you can park your car on the premises, inside the fence.
